The second guest on the all-new Racers Voice podcast is out-going Team Principal Roger Griffiths, who spoke on everything from the evolution of Formula E, the prospects of GEN4 and how FETAMA has revolutionised the insight teams have in the championship.
Griffiths, now a special advisor to the TWG Motorsports Group, was the longest serving Team Principal before moving into a special advisory role for TWG recently, handing over the TP baton to former Team Manager, Campbell Hobson.
Griffiths also talks about what was learned from the BMW and Porsche partnerships and the tough times when Andretti attempted to become its own manufacturer with the A-TEC 01 concept in 2015.
Along the way Griffiths also talks about how GEN4 could be such a key moment in Formula E’s history and how it must get away from overt pack racing.
